www.daylightlamps.ie  is the internet trading division for Ireland of the lighting company Naturalite Benelux BV ( https://www.naturalite.nl/en/  ).  We supply True-Light lamps to trade, business and consumer customers in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Ireland and the United Kingdom. All orders are packed and shipped from our distribution centre based in The Netherlands.

Should you require assistance with finding the right light bulbs, just one phone call or email will put you in direct contact with a member of our sales team, all of whom have considerable experience in the lighting or electrical industry, so you can rest assured that you will be in safe hands. If you have specific requirements or a bulk order again one phone call or email with your details will be met with a prompt reply. We welcome overseas enquiries and export lamps.

All prices are including VAT.

Shipping costs.
We are paying a lot of attention to the packaging of our products to ensure that your order arrives to you undamaged. The shipping costs are € 30 for Ireland, VAT included. However, if you are ordering for € 300 ,- included VAT,  there are no shipping costs. Your order will be shipped on the day of receiving cleared payment, should this not be possible you will receive an email message about the delivery date. As soon as your order is ready for transport you will receive by email a trace number so you can track your order. 

Guaranteed.
For all items that you purchase from us, the statutory warranty applies.
On True-Light lamps and dynamic daylight leds you receive a 2 year warranty. On the True-Light ledpanels and the biodynamic led, you receive a 5 year warranty. This means that an article should be in good condition and should operate properly under normal use.  When you receive an article where this is not the case, you can return the broken item to us with a copy of your invoice in the box. The warranty period starts on the invoice date.

Indirect costs, such as the postage costs for returning the item, caused by the defective item being out of service are not eligible for compensation.

To claim under warranty, you must send a copy of your invoice in the box. Without this form with the returned items we cannot start a warranty procedure!  Warranty form True-Light Return address for warranty: Ruinerdijk 20, 7064 KW Ansen. 

We encourage you to notify us of complaints by sending an email to . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to sign up for dispute mediation by WebwinkelKeur/ValuedShops. From February 15, 2016 it is for EU consumers possible to submit complaints using the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your complaint is not submitted elsewhere you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform. We do advice to submit your complaint first to us or by contacting WebwinkelKeur/ValuedShops.

Breakage on delivery.
The packages are carefully packed and shipped. Although this greatly reduces the risk of breakage, this sometimes happends. Upon delivery of the shipment, we ask you to accept the shipment and check. If breakage is found please notify us within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for replacement.

Payment.
In our webshop you can pay in advance by bank, by paypal or by creditcard.

Return / Return time.
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days and have a following 14 days to return a product without giving any reason, starting on the day of delivery of the product. The product can only be returned  in the original, undamaged packaging. We will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs within 14 days from receipt of your cancelationprovided that the returned products have been received in good order. The shipping costs for returning the order are for your account. Should you want to return a part of the order, the first shipping costs will also be for your account. The purchase price of the returned part of the order will be refunded to you.  All cancellations, returns and exchanges must be communicated in writing to .
