Complaints If, despite all our attention, you still have a complaint, please send an e-mail to info@daylightlamps.ie with the description of your complaint. We will do everything we can to resolve these as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with the solution, you can submit the dispute to Stichting WebwinkelKeur for mediation. It is also possible for consumers to register a complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
