The Distance Selling Act applies to consumer purchases. As a consumer, you have 14 days to return the products received without stating reasons, starting on the day of delivery of the products. During this period [the trial period] you must handle the product and the packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. The right of withdrawal is the right to check whether the purchased product meets expectations. When proceeding with installation, this phase is closed. Personalized products are not returnable.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you will return the product with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days after notification of the withdrawal, in accordance with the instructions provided by us above. If the product does not (fully) meet the return conditions, the product is worth less. Part of these total costs are charged to the customer as a depreciation. The depreciation depends on the condition of the returned product and can vary from 0 to 40% of the purchase amount. The final amount you receive is determined by:
- damage to the product;
- damage to the packaging;
- completeness of the product.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notification, provided the product has already been received in good order. This means: the undamaged lamp or the undamaged fixture including all accessories in a complete and undamaged packaging. If you return part of the order, only the costs of the returned products will be refunded. The shipping costs for returning the products are always for your account. For the refund we need your bank details. Please note that the bank account number you provide must be the same as the one you used to make the payment to the webshop to avoid fraudulent refunds.

To be eligible for reimbursement of the returned items, you must enclose the completed return right form in the box. Without this form in the box, it is not possible for us to start the withdrawal procedure.

Not returnable: Products for which it has been agreed in writing that they cannot be returned and products that are personalized. For example: attaching a cord to a fixture.
