1. General
Daylightlamps.ie handles the processing of personal data of the user of this website with the utmost care and only collects those personal data that are necessary to maintain and improve the Internet services of the website to the user.

2. Data
Daylightlamps.ie collects two types of data from the user during and/or after visiting the website: Traffic data, this is statistical anonymized data about the visit to the website, including data about the number of visitors and which pages are visited. Personal data that can be traced back to individual natural persons, including name and e-mail address, which the personal owner himself has provided on the site. Ownership of the personal data collected by the website remains with the users themselves, who have provided them to Daylightlamps.ie themselves and the website does not store the collected personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the website collects or processes it. (see further under 3).

3. Purposes
Daylightlamps.ie  processes and collects personal data solely for the purpose of being able to adequately admit or inform users about the website. In addition, these personal data are used for communication via the website with the internet. Statistically anonymized data is processed by Daylightlamps.ie to gain insight into the accessibility of the website and is used to optimize the website.

4. Provision to third parties
Unless expressly indicated by the user himself, Daylightlamps.ie does not provide personal data to third parties. If the need to provide personal data to third parties arises from obligations that the website enters into on behalf of or for the benefit of the user, the user is always asked for explicit permission for the provision of personal data for that specific purpose.

5. Cookies
Daylightlamps.ie may use cookies, which is data that is sent by a web server to the user's browser in order to be stored there. Cookies enable a website to provide returning visitors faster and more efficient access to the website or the services of Daylightlamps.ie. In the browser settings, the user has the option to disable receiving cookies. This may mean that certain services provided by Daylightlamps.ie  can no longer be used. 6. Your rights
On the basis of the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data that are processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below which rights these are and how you can invoke these rights. In principle, to prevent misuse, we only send copies and copies of your data to your already known e-mail address. In the event that you wish to receive the data at a different e-mail address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data has been adjusted to the e-mail address known to us

Right to restriction of processing: you always have the right to restrict the data that we process or have processed that relate to your person or that can be traced back to you. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to portability: you always have the right to have the data that we process (or have processed) and that relate to your person or can be traced back to it, by another party. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties to the e-mail address known to us. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.

Right of objection and other rights: in some cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Daylightlamps.ie  If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the processing of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will make copies and/or copies of data that we process or have processed available to you and then permanently discontinue the processing. You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies. If you believe that this is the case, please contact our contact person for privacy matters.

7. Web Store Approval
We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you must provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to request an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Webwinkelkeur collects reviews by means of invitations. For this they use Mandrill as an e-mail partner. In case of any moderation requests, they will send you an email via SupportBee and these third parties are necessary to reach the customers to request a review. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
